I've asked this question of several "Liberals" and, so far, received exactly zero answers. What is the Democrats' plan to avert America's approaching debt crisis? Does anyone out there have an answer? Anyone? Bueller?
Here's a little background.
Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner told the House Budget Committee Thursday that President Obama’s fiscal year 2013 budget — “the most expensive in United States history” — would “put the U.S. on an ‘unsustainable’ course” if enacted.
Geithner also told committee Chairman Paul Ryan that although the Obama administration doesn’t have a “definitive solution” to the debt crisis, it definitely knows it doesn’t like the Republican solution. ...
“We have millions of Americans retiring every day, and that will drive substantially the rate of growth of health care costs. You are right to say we’re not coming before you today to say we have a definitive solution to that long-term problem. What we do know is, we don’t like yours,” Geithner said.
It is time. We have to do it. We cannot wait any longer. Conservative, Independents, Republicans, Tea Partiers have to unite under one cause. We must step back and give the Democrats everything they ask for. With the media blaming all failures of current policy on conservatives the time to act, or not act as it were, is now. Step back and go along. Harry Reid is trying to end the Fillibuster. He won't need to because republicans will no longer stand in the way of the Liberal agenda. The country has to crash if we're ever going to turn in around. There is too much corruption in the media for the truth to prevail. Too much hatred for traditional values for them to be used as a strong hold. Give it to them. Let it fail miserably. Throw the whole country into sever depression by taxing the job creators, oppresing the business owners and giving all the freeloaders what they want until it runs out. We're near the end of the cycle 200 to 250 years of democracy. The do-nothings and free loaders want more and more and more, while we make less and less and less. Stand back and let them run the table. Then watch them run to us. It would be ironic that in 3 years when the tank was dry the media would still blame Republicans for failing to try to stop it.
ReplyDeleteDemocrats and their media lap dogs would blame Republicans, and I suspect that many Americans - maybe even a majority - would believe them.
