Mmmm... Beeeeef!

Just in case you were wondering, this is what 380 lb of locally-grown beef looks like in the 21 cubic-foot freezer in our garage.















And this is what a delicious, paleo friendly meal looks like - salad, half an avocado and a tasty, grilled rib eye so juicy and tender you could cut it with a fork!  Mmmmmm....  The entire meal took all of 15 minutes to make (Aimee made the salad while I seasoned and grilled the steaks) and, yes, I did eat all the scrumptious, caramelized fat!

  1. Um...wow. All I can say is that the dinner looks amazing and I'm extremely jealous of that freezer...mainly the beef in that freezer. :)

    1. Well, we just had 4.5 lb of it for dinner, so I don't know how long it'll last!
