2012 Crossfit Open WOD 4: Expectations

I didn't meet my goal.  As a reminder, this was the workout.
MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20lbs to 10' target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (14lbs to 9' target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
My goal was to complete 195 reps; 150 wall balls and 45 double unders.  I completed 156 reps, so not even close.  It was great, however, to have my in-laws, Tom and Jaimie, there to cheer me on.  Tom also filmed the event.  Here are the last couple minutes.



For comparison's sake, here's a video of a few elite Crossfitters doing the same WOD.  Let's just say I'm not quite at their level.



Seriously?  One round + 53 wall balls?  How's that even humanly possible?  Anyway, here are some pics from last week, courtesy of Crossfit Manhattan, KS.
