The 2012 Crossfit Open is on! Anyone - absolutely anyone - can register to compete at games.crossfit.com and test themselves against some of the best - and some of the not so best (like me) - athletes in the world. Katie Hogan - 20th in the world in 2011 - demonstrates WOD 1 for us.
